COVID-19 RESPONSE

I hope that you, your family, friends, people and communities are doing the best that you and they can through the early days of these trying times.  When I started this website in mid-2019, I had no idea the Future of Work and our world would be so impacted by this global pandemic.
Lockton is closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak and we have taken the following steps. 

  1. We created a Coronavirus Advisory Practice (https://www.lockton.com/coronavirus) a multi-disciplinary team comprised of Lockton’s subject matter experts across domains of benefits, international, property & casualty, retirement, compliance, HR, government relations and communications who are working around the clock to help our clients set strategy, answer questions or simply give advice.  If you need help or have questions, please reach out.
  2. We have implemented a Business Continuity Plan that will allow us to be of service to our clients. The work we do to serve our clients is critically important and we take our responsibility very seriously. We are in the business of managing risk, our client’s risk, as well as our own. Our business continuity program protects the safety and health of our people, our clients and our families.  Components of our plan are to have employees work remote for the foreseeable future, limit travel, strengthen our technical infrastructure to handle this new way of work and asking our Associates not to gather in large groups.
  3. We are actively synthesizing feedback from our clients, prospects, partners and trading partners and will share this ideas of a regular basis.  If you have ideas or have seen creative approaches, please share.  
The situation is fast-developing, and local health agencies should be consulted for the latest news and directives.
