Mike is a Producer and member of the Northeast series of Lockton Companies. He began his career in employee benefits as a Group Underwriter and Sales Manager calculating manual rates, new business quotes and renewals for group insurance in the days before spreadsheets, email or the Internet. He later expanded his leadership roles in managed care and self-funding.
At the start of the 21st century, Mike worked in benefits administration technology and services. He worked with clients to implement Human Capital Management solutions including communication, branding, recruiting, compensation, performance, engagement, payroll, learning, succession and many others. In 2013, Mike found a home with Lockton and is now helping clients by applying his thought leadership / specialization along with 30+ years of serving the HR community in the ever changing worlds of Work, Human Capital and Employee Benefits. As a Boston based partner with Lockton, the world's largest privately held insurance brokerage, Mike works with other partners who specialize in insurance, retirement, risk management and finance for the Middle Market, Fortune 1000 and Private Equity. Residing in Westborough, MA, Mike and Pam are learning to deal with and embrace the "empty nest". He continues to be involved with his community through local organizations such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and the Westborough Food Pantry. In his free time Mike enjoys reading, music, meditation, hiking, golf and skiing.

In 2021, we partnered with Yummy Mummy Bakery, a vibrant bustling woman-owned business that specializes in homemade, from-scratch brownies. Owner Melissa Roiter, a single mom of triplets, grew up surrounded by talented women entrepreneurs. To safely reach clients with a gift of appreciation, we sent them a link to a customized secure website containing an e-coupon. When this e-coupon is redeemed, several things happen. First, we support a small business in Westborough, MA by sending out handmade treats. Second, we support both Abby’s House in Worcester abbyshouse.org as well as Women’s Lunch Place in Boston womenslunchplace.org. For each filled order, we make a donation to both organizations. |
